CURRENT BEERS
AZUL – Pre-Hispanic Lager, brewed with traditional blue corn. This is our newest creation, blending ancient grains with modern craft beer making.
Foggy Wave Hazy IPA s as hazy as the fog and as juicy as the orange color on the label, if you look for hazy, juicy and hoppy this is it.
Golden Wave West Coast IPA – our first release. A classical West Coast IPA with a soft feel, like a golden wave in your mouth.
Mt Laguna IPA is an easy-to-drink IPA with piney, resinous and citrusy notes – makes you feel you are in a cabin in the mountains.
SAUNA – Smoked Stout is a beer that takes you on a sensory trip to a traditional Finnish or Scandinavian smoked sauna.
SUOMI – Finnish Style Lager is a new beer style we invented, a lager brewed with hints of rye, a traditional grain in Finland from where one of the Itza Brewing owners comes from.

If our beer has a special ingredient in the recipe, we brew it only when that ingredient is available (we do not change the recipe):
Sake Ale (Name TBD) is a new style of beer we invented. It is a a mild ale with subtle floral hints of Japanese rice wine sake in it.
Crazy Wave Double IPA packs a punch of hoppiness and deep flavor and is a wild ride, like surfing a big wave.
PAST BEERS – AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
Some of our beers have a dedicated fan base but we do not produce them anymore all the time. They are available on special request. Note that lead time can be longer than our core beers.
Lazy Wave Session IPA is an easy-to-drink session IPA with a mild graham cracker flavor and gentle hoppiness from Citra plus other hops, perfect for a lazy day.
Tunkuruchu Smokey Porter a lighter and more fresh than the porter you know, but still with the deep character of a porter.
Unclassified West Coast IPA is our other West Cost IPA: hoppy with a fruity guava-like aroma from the special hops we use for dry-hopping this beer.
