We have created a NEW style of beer, a Sake Ale, a smooth delicious beer that has hints of floral velvety sake (Japanese rice wine). It comes at 5.0 % ABV. Our Sake Ale (Name TBD) is a delicious smooth wave in your palate. We debuted and showcased our Itza Brewing Sake Ale at San Diego Beer Fest June 10, 2023. Can release coming soon when a special ingredient is available again.
